NOTE: There is a competitive senior men’s league for any player over 18 years up to 35 years old. Please see http://cwfll.ca for more details. Players can play anywhere as there is no rule regarding residence.

Full-Time Goalie: Registration is 50% for full-time Goalies in Divisions U9 & up.
Please select goalie package and U Level.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Burnaby Field Lacrosse Club.
- 100% refund will be provided for withdrawal requests received prior to the start of the season or first scheduled practice.
- Full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be provided for withdrawal requests received after the start of the season but prior to the team’s first league game.
- 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee will be provided for withdrawal requests received before Sept 21st, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests received on or after Sept 21st, 2026.
- Refund requests resulting from a documented injury, illness, or other medical circumstance may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review and approval by the BFLC Executive Board.
The Club reserves the right to withhold any non-recoverable expenses incurred on behalf of the player, including but not limited to league fees, insurance fees, team fees, apparel, or other committed costs.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Online Registration/Payment Only – Players must register using this online registration system. Payment is by etransfer only to treasurerbflc@gmail.com .
Financial Assistance – Financial assistance is available through KidSport & Jumpstart. Visit www.kidsportcanada.ca or www.jumpstart.canadiantire.ca for full details. It is the responsibility of the player to complete the application for financial assistance.
Residency Requirement – Any player registering with the BFLC must have his/her primary residence in Burnaby. Any player with a primary residence in another jurisdiction must register with his or her home association. Proof of residency will be required by all new players and may be required by returning players. See “Documentation Requirements” below. In some cases, “grandfathering privileges” may apply. Proof of Identity – Any player registering with the BFLC must provide a valid birth certificate. See “Documentation Requirements” below.
Documentation Requirements:
All players to BFLC
- Birth Certificate – we require a scan of the player’s birth certificate.
- Proof of Residency – we require two (2) documents to verify a Burnaby resident. The following are acceptable:
- Hydro bill
- Fortis Gas bill
- Property Tax bill
- Telephone land line
Players who qualify under any grandfathering provision are still required to provide all requested player information and supporting documentation, including proof of age and residency, as required by BFLC and applicable governing bodies.
All documentation must be uploaded during the registration process through the RAMP Registration System. Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or impact a player’s eligibility to participate.
*Renters – if you do not pay utilities, we require a letter from your landlord confirming your residency, along with a government issued piece of ID with your Burnaby address.

BFLC uses RAMP InterActive to securely handle your documents. RAMP protects your information using private, dedicated hardware and TLS 256-bit encryption. Their infrastructure includes firewalls and strict access controls, ensuring your documents are only viewed for required verification
