At Burnaby Field Lacrosse Club, every decision we make is guided by one question:

Strategic partnerships are one of the tools available to help create meaningful opportunities for athletes while supporting sustainable and successful programs.
Our goal is not simply to form combined teams. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for players by creating opportunities for participation, development, competition, and long-term success.

Strategic partnerships are intended to strengthen opportunities, not replace club identity. Players remain members of their home association, and participating clubs continue to play an important role in supporting athletes and families.
Any partnership arrangement will be reviewed annually to ensure it continues to serve the best interests of our players, families, teams, and Club.
