Age Coordinators (U7–U18)

Age Coordinators serve as the primary point of contact for players, families, coaches, and team staff within their assigned age division. They play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club and helping ensure a positive experience for all participants.

Age Coordinators act as a liaison between families and the Burnaby Field Lacrosse Club Executive Board, helping communicate information, answer questions, identify concerns, and support the needs of their division.

Responsibilities may include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for division-related questions and concerns.
• Assisting with communication between families, coaches, team managers, and the Club.
• Providing feedback and recommendations to the Executive Board on matters affecting their age group.
• Supporting registration, evaluations, team formation, and season operations.
• Assisting with Tier 1 evaluation planning, logistics, and communication.
• Providing division-specific feedback and recommendations regarding Tier 1 pathways and player development opportunities.
• Participating in discussions regarding team formation, combined teams, and merger opportunities when required.
• Helping assess roster numbers, player participation, and overall division sustainability.
• Assisting with player and family engagement throughout the season.
• Supporting Club initiatives, events, and development programs.

Age Coordinators play an important role in helping the Club make informed decisions regarding player development, team formation, Tier 1 opportunities, and potential mergers while ensuring the best interests of athletes and families remain the priority.
