What is Field Lacrosse?
Field Lacrosse is a fast-paced outdoor team sport played on a field approximately 110 yards long by 60 yards wide. Players use a lacrosse stick (crosse) and a solid rubber ball to pass, catch, carry, and shoot, with the objective of scoring goals while defending their own net.
Known as the Creator’s Game, lacrosse is one of North America’s oldest sports and has deep Indigenous roots. Today, it is played by athletes of all ages around the world.
